IMPROVE YOUR BALANCE: FEB 15 10AM
IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE: MARCH 1 10AM


Each week we have a different topic. Participants will come away with a few simple exercises they can incorporate into a home routine. Sign up for a single class ($20) or all 4 ($60) Workshops are approx 45 minutes and open to anyone. Space is limited, so reserve your space!

If you are unable to make a morning slot and would be interested in Wed 5:30 for any or all topics, please let Martha know. If there is enough interest we will offer it!

 

FOOT FITNESS FEB 1
SOLE TRAINING
. No matter how you look at it, it's a Treat for your Feet! We'll talk briefly about the Why, and then go into the How to exercise your feet. (did you know if you have bad knees your feet may be the culprit?) You will leave with some very simple exercises that can be done at home on a daily basis.

CORE FITNESS FEB 8
There is so much more to the core than the abdominals. We'll discuss the specifics of WHAT muscles are involved, WHERE the muscles are, WHY it's important to work them properly, and HOW to work them.

IMPROVE YOUR BALANCE FEB 15
As we get older, our balance seems to become weaker, but it doesn't have to happen! We'll briefly discuss WHAT muscles are involved and get right to it to challenge our balance with some simple exercises. Some are so simple you can do them at the grocery store!

IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE MARCH 1
"My mother always told me to stand up straight"
. How do you do that? Where is your posture now, and where should it be? We'll briefly discuss WHAT is good posture, the WHY's and HOW's.
