Each week we have a different topic. Participants will come away with a few simple exercises they can incorporate into a home routine. Sign up for a single class ($20) or all 4 ($60) Workshops are approx 45 minutes and open to anyone. Space is limited, so reserve your space!

FOOT FITNESS
SOLE TRAINING
. No matter how you look at it, it's a Treat for your Feet! We'll talk briefly about the Why, and then go into the How to exercise your feet. (did you know if you have bad knees your feet may be the culprit?) You will leave with some very simple exercises that can be done at home on a daily basis. This is a repeat from last year as several clients have requested a refresher, or they missed it the first time. Some new info has also been added

TO STRETCH OR NOT TO STRETCH
We'll discuss the latest research-lots of surprises-and discuss the IF, WHY, HOW. Hint: Fascia will be a big part of the discussion and the exercises

SHOULDERS VS SHOULDER BLADES
Stand up tall- put those shoulders back and down.....well maybe not! Some shoulder issues are more related to shoulder blades. We'll talk about the relationship shoulders have to shoulder blades and how to correct common aches & pains

MOVE THOSE RIBS
Rib cage mobility is vital to everyday movements, good posture, spinal health, everything above the ribs (shoulders, neck) and everything below the ribs (lumbar, pelvis, hips, knees). You'll come away with some simple exercises to help move your ribs
