ANATOMY FOR MOVEMENT COURSE
A great course to prepare you for either certification in pilates or personal training. We'll cover the skeletal system, the musculature system and how the 2 systems work together to create movement. With this knowledge you'll be better able to understand how to correct alignments and postures of your clients so they achieve better results. Also great as a refresher or to obtain a better understanding of the body to fine tune your instructional skills.
"Martha is a Master trainer in that she truly "apprentices" her students. Her ability to question us for valuable thinking was extraordinary. Her anatomical knowledge and explanations are clarifying and inspiring." D.S.
