SNOW STORM POLICY
We make every effort to hold a class, but sometimes Mother Nature rules.
SPINNING CLASSES: everyone who has signed up will be notified via the email address we have in the online sign up system.
PILATES/ALL OTHER CLASSES:PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS -
we will leave a special message if we cancel class. (no special message assume the class will still be held).
IF class is cancelled we will do our best to get you in to a different class as a makeup. There will be no credit for the class missed - weather is out of our control.
Please Note: if you call and the line is busy, don't assume we are here - it may be someone else calling in and listening to the voice mail system. In the event of a power outage our phone will ring (and ring and ring) but the answering machine will not engage.
Please remember to not wear your workout shoes into the studio. the water, salt & gravel ruin our mats/equipment plus make the floor very uncomfortable for Pilates clients in socks or barefooted. Thank you for your help in keeping our studio clean and our equipment state of the art!
